Easy Skin and Fitness Routines

I've been dying to find a perfect fitness and skin care routine....ones that I can ACTUALLY keep up with and do...

Eating Healthy and exercise and super important to keep your weight in check and get yourself a lean, healthy body.




And of course...we all want our skin to be flawless... preferably without the makeup...




So here is my easy fitness routine:

-Run 2 miles on the treadmill (yeah I know..I'm weak..) haha
You gotta make your body strong. And plus...your heart loves a good workout... (even though your brain might not) haha

-Do half an hour - an hour of pilates
Try getting a pilates DVD, one you can do at home; or sign up for a class in your local gym or community center.

If your not a "lifting weights" person, then don't worry. A lot of people (including me) hate it too. But that doesn't mean you get an automatic pass to not toning your body.

Pilates is a really great way to tone your body...and combined with Cardio...really gives you an amazing body

-Dance

It's simple as that. You can dance in your own bedroom, or you can sign up for Zumba classes. Dancing is the most fun way to get a kick outta your workout.


Eat healthy & Drink lots of water!


Skin Routine:



I'm going to break up my skin routine into two...the AM (morning/day) and then PM (nightime).

AM)

-Wash face with Cetaphil gentle skin cleanser

-Put on a egg mask (on the red..swelled parts of my skin :( ). I hate using prescription creams and all....I really prefer if my skin is natural. So I go with my simple egg mask.

-Moisturize with Eucerin.

-Run to go catch the bus! haha


PM)

-Wash face with Cetaphil

-Moisturize with Eucerin

-Apply/rub petroleum jelly all over my face

-Use the Aveeno Smart Essentials anti fatigue eye treatment

-Apply some petroleum jelly or carmex on my lips...and go to sleep!

-When I have a zit/blemish, I apply the ELF zit zapper to the areas and go to sleep

And on some occasions, I use the Olay ProX Power Cleasner to exfoliate my skin


Hopefully you guys will find this...somewhat helpful..this is my routines, and they have sticked to me for some time...hopefully you guys will find yours!

My favorite Beauty Websites

These are some of the websites that inspired me to make this blog. I love this sites to death!, but never ever copy them without telling you guys.

I hope that you guys check these sites out, and hopefully find really good beauty, healthy, and love advice from them (:


Yahoo Shine!

I love this website. It was the first ever beautyish website that I discovered ever, and I fell immediately in love with it. It has great beauty advice, and great fashion advice.

Their beauty + fashion section is amazing. That section, is going to cover everything, from your fashion runway looks to your basic skin care.

It also has a whole parenting section (for moms and dads) , and a one called managing your life, which deals with work, and a typical person's daily life.

There is also a one about love, which gives advice about relationships and friendships.

It has a healthy living section, which deals with fitness and gives advice on how to eat right.

Love food? The website also has a food section, where nutritional things are sometimes discussed, and ideas for new recipes are launched.

There is another section called Your Wisdom, which is a mini version of Shine. The website is itself very similar to Shine, but it's a little less popular, and it's much newer (launched this year I believe).

And last but not least, they also got your astrology done for you, so you can keep up with it day by day.

I love the whole website has a whole, because it's kind of your "one stop" business. And another thing I love about it, is that it's fit for everyone. There's something for the teens, something for the women in 30s, something for women over 50....everyone has something to read about.





Real Beauty


I didn't like this site very much before, but now I really really like it. Their website is really simple, and they update their "NEW TODAY" thing everyday now. So you catch up with the latest scoop on fitness, makeup, skincare, fashion...whatever it may be.





InStyle

I really really really like this website (and their magazine!). They cover your shopping, your beauty rules, your fashion wardrobe, hairstyles, nail colors, your favorite celebrities, and even an awesome hollywood makeover!

Complete package, eh?


And there ya go...those are my very very favorite websites! I hope you guys check them out, and maybe you will fall in love with them, just like I did!

Good Morning

Good Morning! Rain here. So, it's a beautiful Thursday morning, getting closer and closer to the world cup final on Sunday. Realllyy excited, personally I want Spain to win, but hey the Dutch are good too, so this is defintly gonna be a match that we can't take our eyes off the screen.

Well, let's see, I've got some new moves for you guys. So far I've done, Paintings/Art, Smoothies, and today I'm gonna give some moves to you guys, for fitness(: Don't yawn, or suddenly get tired, these moves are THE BEST! They make you sweat a lott! Trust me. So, this is from Self's The Great 1 month slim down.


Allright, well Jillian Michaels teaches you the moves, but I'm going to tell you guys the moves that really build up sweat and work you out:

-Hot Stepper , whew! That really burns something in the quads!

-Plank up ... oh boy!

- On your mark ... I think this one gets you tired the fastest. It's not necessarily harder to do, but it really gets you sweat because your quads will be WHEWW!!

-Power Pike, ... especially your arms

That's the ones that really make me sweat! So, follow the link and check out the moves that she shows you on the site and the video. It doesn't seem very hard, but yess it really slims you down!

Another alternative for that, is Billy Blanks Ab Bootcamp. You can find it on youtube. Honestly diet plays a HUGE impact on your results, but you can do that or Tae Bo or something. Their both great exercises.

Try it all out! The 1 month slim down, ab bootcamp, tae bo ... everything! And try to find the one that's right for you. And after that, treat yourself to some dark chocolate (:
