The Perfect EVER workout: Tae Bo

I'm one of those people, who just can't .. just can't stand an hour in the gym or doing pilates. The gym = boring, and I can't do my whole workout just on the floor (but I do LOVE yoga...just not pilates) haha.

So since it's summer, and everyone wants to get in shape; it's also real important to figure out an exercise that your body AND mind loves.

Then I discovered TAE BO.

Tae Bo is basically martial arts combined with heart pumping cardio. When I do the workout, it doesn't even feel like a workout. When I'm doing it, I feel like I'm training to be a spy or something...it's sooo funn!

The most famous Tae Bo "dvds" are from the Billy Blanks, who is the creator of Tae Bo! He rockkssss!(:


Tae Bo, in my view, is like the King of Distractions. The workout instructor will basically THROW new moves at you. So while your brain is trying to figure out how to work the arms, your legs will be already working out, and you don't even notice it...and before you now it, your sweating like crazyyy!

Tae Bo burns a good amount of calories too. For example, I'm about 124 lbs. , and if I do ONLY 30 minutes of Tae Bo, I already burn about 200-300 calories.
