How to HIDE dark circles

Yeah, you can dot some concealer right under your eyes and you will get coverage.

But what about if you have REALLY dark circles?

Then this method is fo you! btw, I learned this method from my friend Susan, who is an aspiring makeup artist. so thank you susan!

What you need:

-Good concealer one that is lighter than your foundation (your regular concealer)

-a concealer of your own skin tone, or foundation

Golden Rule (in this case atleast):

-foundation first
-concealer second
-powder third

I suggest using a good creamy concealer that is lighter than your foundation. A good one form the high end is Laura mercier secret camouflage and cover fx. Some good ones from the cheap ends would probably be cover girl

** The directions might seem kinda complicated at first sight...sorry about that, so please try to hang in there! (: The method actually really works!

Okay, so let's look at your under eye/upper cheekbones. Take your concealer (with a concealer brush or however) and draw a right triangle.

Okay, so this is the right triangle you need to draw

The diagram will work on your LEFT eye, but all you have to do is just flip/reflect this triangle for your RIGHT eye.

DRAW (with the concealer):

-Segment XY is the segment that goes in a horizontal line (right below your eyes) Inner corner of your eye, to the outer corner, or wherever your dark circles end.

-Segment YZ is the segment that goes from the inner corner (where XY started/ended) down, being parallel to your nose (right by your nose) It should stop where your dark circles stop, or for better coverage, at the level of your nostrils.

-Segment XZ is the connecting segment (the diagonal line that connects the end of XY and YZ together. So it's kinda on your cheekbones).

** If this is a bit confusing, first off sorry! But from the computer, just draw a right triangle exactly like the diagram above, of your LEFT eye. And then reflect it for your right eye.

Now that you have your right triangle, take a brush or your fingers and blend them together. (shade it IN the triangle)

Blend it in very very very very well into your foundation (which you should have already applied)

And now, take your concealer that is about the same color as your foundation. Lightly just go over the area that you applied with this, so that area doesn't look too brightened up.

And remember to SET the concealer with some setting powder so the concealer stays in place!

Try to use transcluent setting powder, because it has no pigments and won't mess up your makeup..

Well, I hope this helps you guys with any of your under eye problems!

lOVE, have a beautifullll gorgeouss day!
