Good Morning

Good Morning! Rain here. So, it's a beautiful Thursday morning, getting closer and closer to the world cup final on Sunday. Realllyy excited, personally I want Spain to win, but hey the Dutch are good too, so this is defintly gonna be a match that we can't take our eyes off the screen.

Well, let's see, I've got some new moves for you guys. So far I've done, Paintings/Art, Smoothies, and today I'm gonna give some moves to you guys, for fitness(: Don't yawn, or suddenly get tired, these moves are THE BEST! They make you sweat a lott! Trust me. So, this is from Self's The Great 1 month slim down.


Allright, well Jillian Michaels teaches you the moves, but I'm going to tell you guys the moves that really build up sweat and work you out:

-Hot Stepper , whew! That really burns something in the quads!

-Plank up ... oh boy!

- On your mark ... I think this one gets you tired the fastest. It's not necessarily harder to do, but it really gets you sweat because your quads will be WHEWW!!

-Power Pike, ... especially your arms

That's the ones that really make me sweat! So, follow the link and check out the moves that she shows you on the site and the video. It doesn't seem very hard, but yess it really slims you down!

Another alternative for that, is Billy Blanks Ab Bootcamp. You can find it on youtube. Honestly diet plays a HUGE impact on your results, but you can do that or Tae Bo or something. Their both great exercises.

Try it all out! The 1 month slim down, ab bootcamp, tae bo ... everything! And try to find the one that's right for you. And after that, treat yourself to some dark chocolate (:
